Our Story

Welcome to Lehigh Valley Sod Farm!

Mark and Anne Miller are excited to bring local sod production back to the Lehigh Valley where Mark’s parents, Dave and Mimi Miller, founded and operated Lehigh Valley Turfgrass for over 40 years. In 1967 they purchased the original 55 acres including the ca. 1850 house and barn. Over the years they acquired adjacent properties thus expanding the farm to its current 112 acres.

In 2019 we purchased the farm and decided to re-establish sod production here after a ten-year hiatus due to the passing of Dave and Mimi.  Mark pursued a professional career; however, he has many years of experience growing sod having helped his parents with the farm. Mark was involved in all phases of sod production and sales. Anne co-founded and operated Millbrook Homecare for over 10 years and brings her experience operating a small business. Together we have been working diligently to restore the sod operation. We plan to continue renovating and improving this beautiful property, including the house, barn, and surrounding land.
